Have you heard about Virtual Reality (VR) and are wondering how this fast-growing technology can fit into your overall learning strategy?
Join Innovative Learning Group CEO Lisa Toenniges as she gives you a high-level picture of VR and details how you and your clients’ organizations can develop VR capabilities and organizational experience. But that’s not all!
After her short presentation, Lisa will lead an informal discussion on the learning situations best suited for VR. During this discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to get in the headset and experience VR for yourself!
Three different scenarios will be available for you to try:

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations will be accepted until 5 pm the Friday before the event
- Cancellations received prior to this time/date should be requested in writing and sent to finance@a2atd.org.
- Refunds will be issued either via original payment or transferred to the next scheduled A2ATD meeting date.
- Refunds after 5 pm the Friday before the event cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.
About the Presenter:

Lisa Toenniges is the owner and chief executive officer of Innovative Learning Group, a company she founded in March 2004 and that’s celebrating 20 years in business!. A dynamic and respected leader, Lisa has 35 years of experience in the performance improvement industry and has consulted with many Fortune 1000 companies about their learning and performance strategies and solutions.
ILG was born out of Lisa’s passion for building a business, providing for her employees, and doing what is right for clients. Her entrepreneurial spirit, positive outlook, and hands-on leadership style have been the drivers behind ILG’s profitable annual compound growth.
Lisa has devoted more than three decades to ISPI at both the chapter and international levels. In 2018, she received the Distinguished Service Award for her outstanding contributions to the advancement of the Society. She has held several leadership roles on ISPI’s board of directors, including treasurer, president-elect, president, and past president.
Additionally, Lisa has been a member of the Board of Trustees for On My Own of Michigan since 2018. Currently, she is the Treasurer of the Executive Committee, having served as the Secretary from 2020-2022. Lisa is also a volunteer grant reviewer for Impact100 Oakland County.
Lisa has a master’s degree in instructional technology from Wayne State University in Detroit and a bachelor’s degree in music education from Michigan State University. She is also a Certified Performance Technologist endorsed by the International Society for Performance Improvement.
