FAQ:
What about Covid? All rooms are cleaned and sanitized per WCC protocols. We'll also sanitize tables and chairs prior to the event. Masks will be optional. Hand sanitizer will be readily available. Stickers indicating your level of in-person event comfort will be available for your name tag to make it easy to share your Covid comfort level. Tables will be set in a round-table configuration and limited to 35 attendees. If you decide to stay home instead, we'll make a recording of the learning sessions available to all registered attendees!
I can't be there at 5 - help! No worries! We'll have plenty of events and activities going on during the event, so get there when you can! The first speaker will start at 5:30, Dinner will be available around 6:00 during networking, the second speaker will start at 6:30 and the last speaker will start at 7:15. The grand prize drawing will occur at the end of the night (approx. 8:20pm) and you won't want to miss that!
But I don't know anyone! That's OK! Several of our friendly board members will be at the welcome table to greet you and help introduce you to others in the room. We'd love to meet you there!
What if I can't make it? If you decide that in person just isn't right for you or you're not feeling well on the day of the event, we'll be offering recordings of all (3) learning sessions so you don't need to miss out on the chance to grow! (You can also see our cancellation policy listed below)
Have other questions? Send your questions to info@a2atd.org- we're happy to help!
