You’ll be entertained as Bill Wilson shows you “tricks” to anchor key points about how learning – done right – can change business outcomes. A conversation between the learning professional and the business partner is the starting place to developing learning that delivers business results. You’ll learn what he has shared with Farmers, as the foundation of their approach to performance improvement and training development throughout their organization. The key points include: • Business results only change when employee behavior changes. • Identifying the key behaviors for success requires a partnership. • Learning design to support that behavioral change will result in better business results. • Targeted learning can be done in less time and at less cost, with greater ROI.
