Everyone talks about “mobile strategy” and “LMS strategy” but what about the overall learning strategy? Big companies all have learning strategies, it’s how they stay competitive and successful. But what about everyone else? To what extent are learning organizations within companies treated by their companies as “order takers” or a “service department” that put out fires instead of being aligned to a solid training and development plan?
