ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Kathleen Macdonald is the founder and President of The Macdonald Group. Kathleen has developed and taught graduate courses in organizational development, team-building, instructional design, and adult learning. She has published and made numerous national presentations on management leadership, employee participation, cultural change, gender & generation differences in the workplace, and customer loyalty. Kathleen is a co-founder of the Michigan Leaders Read Series. She is one of a handful of consultants certified in the Experience Economy methodology.
