The Coaching Game:
Leveraging the Points of You in Learning and Growth
The Coaching Game is a photographic tool used to design and facilitate creative learning and development programs at the individual, group, or systems level. For leaders, managers, trainers, executive coaches, and facilitators for learning, applying a positive orientation to learning helps to maximize the impact of training. The positive approach in The Coaching Game enables learners to go through four key processes - Pause, Focus, Expand, and Act. We will have a highly interactive fun learning session to tap into our expertise and expand our perspectives with visual intelligence and storytelling in designing learning processes.
As a result, purposeful fun in learning leads to specific application with action and results.
