Individuals, teams, and organizations are perfectly designed to get the results they are getting. As a leader, manager, and team member, are you getting the results you want? , We need to understand what drives our behavior, what makes us successful, and what stands in the way of great results. We can decode and unlock our potential by exploring the Head, the Heart, and the Briefcase-as we bring all three to all that we do. In this interactive, engaging session-you will learn about what is influencing your success and how to get better results.

In this session, we will:

Explore how human drives create needs and predictable behaviors.
Describe three ways emotional intelligence competencies help us adapt our behaviors.
Learn how behaviors, experiences, and emotional intelligence work together to produce results.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations will be accepted until 5 pm on Friday before Event

Cancellations received prior to this time/date should be requested in writing and sent to finance@a2atd.org.
Refunds will be issued either (1) by check (less a $5 processing fee) and will be mailed to the address on file or (2) transferred to the next scheduled A2ATD meeting date.

Refunds after Friday before Event at 5 pm cannot be issued, but we will gladly accept a substitution should you wish to send someone in your place.

About the Presenter:

John Broer serves as Curator of Epic Stuff at IN2GREAT, a predictive performance consultancy based in Toledo, Ohio. John has been an organizational performance consultant for nearly 25 years with experience in a wide variety of industries and markets. His areas of expertise include corporate learning architecture, leadership and team development, people analytics, and sometimes overstating the obvious but that seems to be needed in business these days. John has been published multiple times by Chief Learning Officer and Training Industry Magazine. His clientele represents a broad spectrum -members of the Fortune 100 as well as small to mid-sized companies and even solopreneurs. John also has considerable experience facilitating immersion simulations that greatly enhance adult learning events. All members of the IN2GREAT staff are Certified Practitioners of The Predictive Index and the firm is a PI Certified Partner capable of equipping organizations with the PI technology throughout the United States.
