Christina Pitts and Lynne Aldrich will introduce us to their unique approach to experiential learning and the powerful lessons that it brings to their clients. Engaging in Nature with Horses in focused, reflective activity challenges us to learn HOW to think rather than WHAT to think. The work is not about horsemanship or riding, but about relationship and partnership to strengthen and expand our capacity to identify and meet goals.
About the Presenters:
Christina Pitts has built a very successful consulting and coaching practice over the past 20 years, leveraging learning in prior careers as a university administrator, educator, business executive and attorney. She combines expertise and experience to optimize individual-team talents + organization wisdom + relationships to sustain excellence and enduring success. Clients represent Healthcare, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Banking, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Non-Profit Organizations and more.
Lynne Aldrich has extensive executive level leadership experience in complex organizational environments which enhances her ability to assist clients in creating practical solutions to organization challenges and development. She is recognized for her ability to lead and motivate diverse individuals and groups to create and achieve goals. Lynne consults with individuals and teams within corporate and non-profit settings, including foundations, and has facilitated seminars, retreats and workshops. She has helped organizations create strategic and fundraising plans, and to identify, recruit and train leaders.
