About the Presenters

Peter Werthmann & Alan Fox provide a unique combination of improv comedy and corporate experience and expertise.

Corporate Experience

Peter & Alan have a combination of 65 years working for a major automotive manufacturer. Their areas of specialization have been in Labor Relations, Salaried Personnel & Compensation, Training and Organizational Development. They have held numerous management positions, including Human Resources Manager, Manager of Leadership Programs and Training Manager. A principle focus of their careers has been developing and conducting OD interventions, training programs and workshops, internal consulting, and coaching and counseling senior leadership of the company. Over the past 10 years they have been leadership and organization development consultants to numerous organizations.

Improv Comedy Experience

Peter & Alan have been members of The Generation Gap improv troupe for the past 4 years. The troupe performed weekly at The Go Comedy Improv Theater in Ferndale for 16 months and also currently perform in numerous shows and events in the Southeast Michigan area. In addition, Peter and Alan have used improv comedy with their corporate clients at leadership workshops/conferences. They completed their improve comedy education and performed at the Improv Inferno in Ann Arbor.
